Raising standards in Financial Services is the role of everyone in the organisation. Developed in consultation with international experts, our UCD Accredited Culture Programmes equip participants with the tools to embed an effective consumer culture while demonstrating an investment by organisations in the competence of their teams in the areas of culture, conduct risk, consumer protection, ethics, and expected behaviours. IOB is the education partner to the Irish Banking Cultiure Board (IBCB).
